Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Maintain the electrical systems on a mixed mining and haulage fleet on an even-time roster. Sponsorship is available for qualified auto electricians both onshore and from overseas.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair 12V, 24V and machine electrical systems
- Install and commission auxiliary and safety equipment
- Fault-find on CAN bus and engine management systems
- Complete maintenance records and pre-start compliance checks
Essential requirements
- Recognised auto electrical trade qualification
- Heavy vehicle or mobile plant experience
- Australian driver licence or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to work a fly-in fly-out roster
Desirable requirements
- Mining site experience
- High-voltage EV plant experience
