Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Recruiting registered general nurses for a group of well-rated nursing homes in the East Midlands. Sponsorship is available both for overseas nurses and for nurses already in the UK who need to change employer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a shift in a residential nursing home and supervise care staff
- Complete assessments, care plans and medication rounds
- Manage wound care, chronic conditions and end-of-life care
- Liaise with GPs, families and allied health professionals
Essential requirements
- NMC registration or an application in progress
- Experience in nursing home, acute or community nursing
- Confidence leading a shift and supervising care assistants
- Right to work in the UK or eligibility for sponsorship
Desirable requirements
- Dementia or palliative care experience
- Clinical lead experience
