Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] A contract catering client is hiring a chef de partie for a corporate site kitchen with weekday service and no late nights. Sponsorship transfer is available for chefs who meet the transitional Skilled Worker requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Run a designated section through breakfast and lunch service
- Complete mise en place to the agreed specification
- Maintain HACCP records, temperature logs and allergen information
- Support the head chef with ordering and stock rotation
Essential requirements
- Professional kitchen experience at chef de partie level
- Level 2 Food Safety certificate
- Continuous Skilled Worker permission granted before 22 July 2025
- Ability to work independently on a section during service
Desirable requirements
- Contract or volume catering experience
- Allergen management training
