Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Deliver ward-based clinical pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary Northern Territory hospital. The position offers broad clinical exposure, professional development and support for an eligible international pharmacist.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct medication reconciliation, reviews and patient counselling
- Provide medicines information to patients and clinical teams
- Support safe and effective medication management
- Contribute to medication-safety and quality-improvement initiatives
Essential requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration or demonstrated eligibility
- At least one year of relevant pharmacy experience
- Recent clinical or hospital exposure
Desirable requirements
- Completed Australian internship or internship nearing completion
