Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Lead psychology provision for a specialist mental-health service supporting deaf men with complex communication needs. You will combine clinical practice, supervision and service development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group psychological interventions
- Complete diagnostic, cognitive and risk assessments
- Supervise psychologists and assistants
- Contribute to multidisciplinary governance and service improvement
Essential requirements
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Doctorate-level qualification in applied psychology
- Experience supporting people with complex needs and trauma
- Advanced assessment, formulation and therapeutic-intervention skills
Desirable requirements
- Experience with deaf services or complex communication needs
