Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Lead the clinical and commercial performance of a well-equipped companion-animal hospital in Perth. You will shape clinic culture while remaining hands-on with complex cases and surgery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical standards, patient care and team performance
- Coach veterinarians and nurses in a collaborative practice culture
- Oversee clinical operations, quality improvement and financial performance
- Build trusted relationships with clients and the local community
Essential requirements
- Veterinary degree recognised for registration in Western Australia
- Strong companion-animal clinical and surgical capability
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Excellent client communication and decision-making skills
Desirable requirements
- Previous lead-veterinarian or practice-management experience
