Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Provide person-centred mental-health nursing within a specialist residential service. This role is for an RMN already working in the UK who needs to change sponsor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver care aligned with individual mental-health plans
- Administer prescribed medication and monitor outcomes
- Complete mental-state, risk and physical-health assessments
- Support multidisciplinary planning and mentor junior staff
Essential requirements
- Active NMC registration as an RMN
- Current UK Health and Care Worker permission
- Recent UK nursing-home or specialist mental-health experience
- Recovery-focused and trauma-informed clinical approach
Desirable requirements
- Experience with de-escalation and complex residential care
