Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] Ward 4 is a 28-bed acute medical ward looking for registered nurses to join a settled multidisciplinary team. The trust sponsors overseas nurses and supports candidates through NMC registration, OSCE preparation and relocation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care across a full ward shift pattern
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans
- Administer medication safely and escalate deteriorating patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records and handover documentation
- Support students and newly qualified colleagues on the ward
Essential requirements
- NMC registration, or a completed application in progress
- Post-registration experience on an acute medical or surgical ward
- Evidence of English language competence for NMC purposes
- Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift pattern
Desirable requirements
- Acute medicine experience
- Mentorship or preceptorship experience
