Role summary
[seed_staging_v1] A busy Queensland salon is looking for a confident senior stylist who combines technical skill with warm guest service. Qualified overseas stylists are welcome and relocation support is available.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver cutting, colouring, styling and consultation services
- Build trusted relationships with a loyal and growing client base
- Mentor junior stylists and share current techniques
- Maintain excellent salon, hygiene and guest-service standards
Essential requirements
- Recognised hairdressing qualification
- Professional salon experience at senior-stylist level
- Portfolio demonstrating cutting, colouring and styling work
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
Desirable requirements
- Experience mentoring junior stylists
- Knowledge of premium salon brands
